Printing

For printing polyester fabric, special heat transfer technique is used. In order to transfer the print on fabric, we print specially treated paper by the ink jet plotters. The ink used in this process are Sublimation inks. The paper of various widths and grades are available in the market. In order to ensure best quality we import paper and inks from Switzerland. The printed paper is sent for heat transfer.

Heat Transfer:

It is the process in which the printed paper is transferred on the fabric. In order to transfer, hot press machines are used. It can either be done in roll form or in cut piece form. The machine is heated upto 200 degree and the print is transferred onto the fabric within 2-3 minutes of exposure.
